I really want a mechanic shirt, but I don't have artwork. Can I still purchase?

Absolutely! Check out the custom Patch Mechanic shirt. You can choose any small patch from the shop to put on your mechanic shirt. The patch will be removed at discount. Be sure to read the description in full before purchasing!

I want a custom order for embroidery - what do I do?

Want custom patches? Custom hats? CUSTOM ANYTHING EMBROIDERED? Okay, maybe not anything, but you'd be surprised. Mostly anything can be accomplished with a little imagination and effort which is our bread and butter. Let's create something awesome for you to represent to the world. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Currently, we do not have a wholesale program set up yet to view online. However, if you see an item that would work well in your shop, please contact us for wholesale pricing.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes - it is a discounted percentage off your order. Please contact us to request a quote if your order is over the minimum of 12.​


Custom Orders TAT is 3-4 weeks after stitch out approval. I am a one-woman show, so turnaround time may change at any time. Shipping of shop items are 3 days after purchase. If you need something by a certain date, please reach out to me to discuss. Each item is handmade, and turnaround time may depend on the complexity and size of your design.

Payment & Shipping

Payment will show up on your bank statement as THREAD TATTS. Payment and Shipping is calculated through our secure check-out. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. 


Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you can either be refunded or your order re-shipped. You must contact us within 5 days to receive a refund. All sales are final on custom orders. If we didn't get it right in the beginning, then we should have never gone to production.
